Residential

Consulting

We look at your options. We discuss the types of charger (regular or smart) and your budget.

Estimates

We will work with your electrician or we can provide an electrician we have worked with in the past, to get you an estimate of the cost of installing a charger. We will also supply quotes for many different chargers.

Business

Consulting

Whether a business trying to put chargers in for their customers or a business trying to charge their own fleet, we have the solutions for you.

Estimates

We go out to the many different companies that offer the solution that best fits your situation and arrange the estimates.

Contracts

We aid in putting together the contract and what consists of a successful implementation.

Project Management

We project manage the implementation and make sure everything in the contract has been fulfilled.

Training

We provide training on the solution. We cover everything from maintenance to billing systems and more.

Final Hand Off

We make sure that everything is done as agreed and that the system is running and ready to go.

Strata

We provide a similar service to strata that we provide to businesses but with a tailored solution to the complexities of a multi-unit residential building. Whether it be a townhouse or condominium type building, we have solutions that we can offer.

The most important consideration in the installation of EV charging infrastructure, regardless of building type, is strategic planning for the future success of the buildings. While it may be attractive, particularly from a financial standpoint, for condo boards or strata councils to address requests to install charging stations on an as-needed basis, this approach is likely to lead to considerable challenges and costs down the road.

It is critical to ensure that charging installations in MURBs focus on future needs through the use of solutions that also make sense for today.
